Complete processes. Proven business results.
ROS has run live business processes since 2017. These stories show what happens when a company’s systems, rules, and decisions work together around the result the business needs, with ROS running the complete process for each transaction.

The challenge
An immediate need ended in a failed call
Prepaid customers calling without enough balance encountered a failed call. The operator wanted to respond at that moment with a relevant top-up or emergency credit option.

What ROS did
ROS connected the network event to an offer
- ROS linked the charging gateway with external providers. It detected no-balance events and sent the routing command and relevant customer context to the selected provider.
The result
Routing completed in less than a second
- The handoff from event detection to engagement took less than a second. No-balance scenarios were handled automatically, and uptake of top-up offers increased.
What made the difference
Business rules selected the response in real time
- Configurable rules selected providers using geography, campaign, or partner agreements. The operator could adapt routing and offers as its commercial priorities changed.
ROS connected an immediate customer need to the business response designed for it.
A working process. An advantage to build on.
The value continues after go-live. The business can refine its rules, retain tested responses, and build new services on the process already running in ROS. Its evolving logic and execution evidence give connected AI a foundation for understanding results and evaluating improvements.
Proof, one outcome at a time
Digital carrier billing: Standardized data models and transformation logic accommodated each partner’s requirements. Centralized error handling and reporting made the connected process easier to manage.
